The vinyl floor in Southcott Village Residents' Association had been down for over 30 years and needed some TLC. We deep cleaned the floor in the main hall and treated it with a high gloss finish to make it easier to clean, and to finish off, we burnished the floor with an ultra high-speed burnisher to make the room look even more attractive for potential customers.
We discussed the current cleaning regime with the management and together we developed a Floor Cleaning Programme to keep the floor in optimum condition for as long as possible. They were really good to work with and very interested in keeping the floor looking good. Since the initial vinyl restoration the association have reported they are busier than ever!
