First, the old paint had to be removed without damaging the concrete underneath.

Concrete floors are easily marked and stained if left untreated. The tyre marks in this picture cannot be cleaned, but will have to be ground off.
After paint removal, the floor receives two eco-friendly liquid treatments. First, a densifier to strengthen the concrete and make it more scratch resistant, secondly a protective sealer to protect against staining and improve daily cleaning.
A high volume of foot, pallet and fork lift traffic makes daily cleaning difficult and regular re-painting is necessary.
Polished concrete is an eco-friendly and durable solution that makes maintenance much easier on floors in a wide range of environments.
